Typical interview process, HR call follow by Hiring manager call and technical round with 2 engineers working on a existing repository where they want you to add a feature. They don't give feedback on what went wrong or could be improved.

whats the project where you took end to end responsibility?
I go 2 process with them. One they agreed for the contract and suddenly changed their mind after few hours.
Second process, 2 years after, got a technical interview. Took 90 minutes and they never responded.
Lack of respect toward their candidates.

Technical interview with 3 steps : back, front, architecture.
The process took seven sessions, including three final interviews after passing the technical interview. It felt unnecessary and time-consuming, and not getting an offer would be devastating. I received the job offer and accepted it happily. I am now part of the team.
