The process seem okay at first. Recruiter emailed me schedule a phones interview then the next step to the hiring manager. The interview went well with the hiring manager. Everything went silent after that. No email or anything saying they moved on with another candidate. I think candidates in general should be notified at least via email. This information is for those that have interviewed is about to interview. The candidate experience was not good.
