At first I got a call from HR regarding job opportunity in ISM and they screened my communication over the phone. Then HR had scheduled my interview of Telephonic round for next day itself. I got a call from the ISM interview on time, and they asked me some basic question regarding hardware and Networking. Then it was about some deep knowledge of server side. The telephonic round session was of around 20 minutes. Then again, I got from HR that I have been selected and they scheduled my second session of the interview, that is Face to face technical round. This interview was about technical scenarios. A third and final was HR round, This was done on the same day and after 2 days I got selected in ISM for system administrator.
