Was reached out to by a contract recruiter, who never followed through with our scheduled interview time. Later, the Director of Engineering reached out directly to schedule an interview. Had a basic phone chat followed by a take-home JS project and lastly an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 4 or 5 interviews where you met with another frontend dev, full stack dev, ios dev and a non-technical member (can't remember the position). Apparently, I did well on most of the interviews but didn't score highly when asked how I would design an elevator. So make sure you well aware of the inner workings of elevators, escalators and other structures relevant for building web applications. The frontend team didn't seem too mature (in terms of quality, standards & size) but they are hiring rapidly and I would expect this to change. Would be an ideal environment for someone looking for typical startup environment
