I applied for the position of SEO Specialist, had one interview and an assessment before being told they were undergoing organizational restructuring and no longer hiring for the position. That feels incredibly disrespectful of my time and energy, particularly that which I put into the assessment and now I don't even have the opportunity to get feedback. Organizational restructuring doesn't happen overnight and if this had been in the works why even open up the position to hire?
