The interview process was quick and easy, representative that interviewed me was very friendly and straightforward about the position. It was a relaxed interview process with no stress and I was told I was hired at the end of the interview.

Started out with a few of the normal questions, and then had to ready a role play call script where the interviewer was the customer and you were the representative. The whole process took less than 30 min.

Had an interview with HR and then the day after, had an interview with Sales Manager. They were a little disorganized and I was at lunch from my current job to meet the manager and they did not know they had an interview with me set up. Never heard back afterward.
