Initial screen with recruiter followed by interview with VP and hiring manager. Although I was not offered the position, I have to commend the recruiter on an outstanding experience. She was warm timely in communications, did what she said she would do, and get this.....not only offered feedback but actually provided when I took her up on it. In this market, this was truly a standout experience.
