It was fun! We had an assignment to do after applying where we were just like a Recruiting Coordinator. It really got me thinking like if I was in this position already.

The process was a series of interviews, starting and finishing with the hiring manager. The in-between interviews consisted of meeting with peers and collaborators on the recruiting team. The interviewing process went pretty fast. From first interview to offer was two weeks. In meeting with a variety of team members I was able to get a feel for company culture, the work that I would be doing, and who I would be working with on a day to day basis. I was able, and encouraged, to ask any and all questions I had about the role and Omada as a company.
