I had a very positive interview experience with Omada. The recruiter responded quickly to all my questions and set me up with an initial phone call with someone on the team, followed by a SQL challenge, and then a call with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, after I had my call, they informed me that they had filled the role but to keep my eyes open if roles open in the near future. I ended up reaching out when I saw a new opening, but had another exploding job offer so had to withdraw my application due to timeline clashes. Overall, I got a great impression from the two team members I spoke to, and the company sounds like its doing great things in healthcare.

Phone interview followed by a coding challenge in SQL. The phone interview was timely, professional, and to the point. The coding challenge consisted of a couple of very basic items, one item I found challenging (but likely not so for someone who's been professionally coding in SQL--I've learned most of my code in class), and a bonus challenge that was more difficult. Omada provided a sample dataset and instructions to install an application to use.
