Long interview process via introduction and online prior to sitting through first interview by way of a phone call with HR which took about 15-30 minutes. This was followed up with a skype interview with another person for around 30 minutes to check employment history and talk about experience. This was then followed by another interview by skype with the manager of the second interview to ask similar questions and to gauge fit for the company. After this I was invited in to meet members of the team
