1 initial phone interview with HR individual - simple questions about why I wanted to leave my current job, why I thought I would make a good consultant, would I be comfortable with the amount of travel required. Then we set up 2nd interview, which was in person, and consisted of 3 interviews. All three individuals seemed young, they were all Manager level, and very pleasant. The office environment in general seemed very congenial. The interviews were a combination of case and "fit" (resume) interviews - one of them more case-heavy. One of the case interviews involved a credit risk issue. Final round of interviews consisted of 5 interviews, with 3 managers and 2 partners. One of the partner interviews was entirely resume based and involved discussion of a current event related to my undergraduate major. One manager interview involved my knowledge of a specific type of legislation. The case interviews were not overly difficult, although one of them was very quantitative and left me a little puzzled (very statistics heavy). The partners were incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to, which is also true of all of the managers except one (a little cold, but not rude in any way). One of the partners asked a quick case question on how many red widgets there are in X country. Ultimately, my quantitative skills did not meet their expectations, so I would suggest that candidates practice, practice and practice some more so as not to be so nervous you go in the wrong direction with your answer. They seemed to like when I drew out graphs or charts to demonstrate my thought process. They won't use the same cases twice, but just know that everyone seemed to use a case that was based on a project they worked on. Also be aware of that estimation case question (it's supposed to be a short one).

it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience
