OW does not have formal process for experienced hire, so the process can be rather long. From initial discussion to the final offer for me was around 6 months. 3 rounds of interviews, meeting with 2-3 interviewers each round, half case interviews, half fit interviews.

How to decide whether one should accept an early retirement option with guaranteed annual income of $70k?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
