1. Phone interview 2. Face to face interview with manager 3. Face to face interview with director I had three rounds of interview and these all stretched across one to two months and that's okay. After meeting the director, the company told me they would notify me my results in a week and they did not. I followed up to ask about my job application and was told they would contact me two weeks later - they did not. I did not bother to follow up yet again and have accepted another job offer instead. Though in a logical view, considering it is a relatively small company, having gone through three rounds of interview and including meeting the director, you would have a feeling that you are one of the final candidates and thus, even if you did not receive the job offer you would still expect a response (success or fail) from the company.
