The environment was very welcoming and less intimidating than usual interviews. It was very straightforward and focused on how you would provide customer service, etc. The interview lasted around 30 minutes over the phone.

Simple, quick, and easy. Questions like Tell me about yourself and what are some skills you have. How would you handle a difficult customer? Make sure you ask some questions at the end like how long is the interview process so that they know that you are eager to be a part of the team.
