Two Old Navy recruiters, at a job fair, initially interviewed me then invited me to the store for another interview the same day. Then four managers interviewed me in two days: orals, group interviews, and role-plays. I loved it.

E.g., applicant asked to tour a "shop" and retrieve a product, tell group of interviewees why one selected it, and return merchandise to proper sales position.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
