I applied a long time ago and I am certain the process has changed now to something entirely strange and weird. Nowadays they call it an audition which is extremely childish and strange. They even make people bring an item of show and tell which seems wildly unprofessional. I know they calls a second interview a call back as well and they continue to drag out the interview process for as long as possible.

They made me go onto the floor and ask customers questions which was very awkward
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
