It was a three part interview. I had to go three separate times for the interview. They asked you the basic interview questions. They were also very fouced on your sense of style and what type of fashion you are in to wearing. They do two interview one on one with someone in the management position and last interview is a mock interaction with a customer

They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!

Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
