It was a very easygoing and simple group interview. The manager asked questions to get to know everyone on a human level (passions, pastimes, etc.). Everyone answered one by one. There weren’t any tricky questions. They then gave us a call during the same day to let us know if we got hired or not.

Without considering money, if you could do anything for a living, what would it be and why?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

What would you do if a family of 4 came in asking for a complete, matching, vacation outfits? Show me what you would recommend then.
group interview in the back of the store Assistant and store manager was present . They both asked a Couple of questions to get know the candidates
They gave me an offer 2 hours after the interview
