So I applied online and got a call about a little over a week later to come for an interview the very next day. It was with 2 other girls. On the phone when I was told an interview time, she also told me to bring in an item that I'm passionate about. Two ladies were interviewing us, one was the hiring manager and one was the store manager. They each introduced themselves, talked about the history of Old Navy, and then discussed basically how they run things there. How all of the staff is like a family. I was so reeled in by this point. We were told to tell our story behind why we chose that specific item we brought in and why we are passionate about it. Then afterwards, they told us to go into the store and grab clothes to put an outfit together. It could be for anyone. They gave us five minutes to do that and when we returned to the back room they had us explain why we chose that specific outfit. Then the store manager took us one by one in a seperate room and asked us an additional set of questions. The interview went so well that I was hired on the spot. I absolutely had the best experience. The managers were great, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Comfortable so much so that I was 100% confident enough to answer questions fluidly. It was an amazing experience.
