Entretien
I was called into the back room. Very informal interview with about 10 teenagers. I think each of us got to answer one or two questions and I was the only person that was hired from that particular group. It was a lot of people coming for their first job interview ever. Old Navy culture is pretty laid back so the interview was low key. The questions were very basic, working retail is obviously not a very high skilled job. I was called back a couple of days later and was able to negotiate my pay up a couple dollars and hour.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
