interview process started out with a quick one on one phone interview, followed by a group interview and then a one on one interview with the hiring manager if you pass the group interview
before the interview we were asked to bring in something that was important to us to the group interview. had to explain why it was important. Interviewing manager did ask questions to find out what steps you are taking to make this important to you.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
