Group interview - I had 4 other people with me. Only 1 person was not hired from the group. They will ask you questions but they wont necessarily be the typical "why do you want to work for Old Navy" type questions. You might have to go out on the floor and find an outfit to sell. Make sure you put shoes with the outfit, and maybe jewelry if its for a female.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
