J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Colorado Springs, CO) en juin 2020
Entretien
I had a phone interview + was hired on the spot. I think that sort of hiring is pretty typical, especially for seasonal positions. There's not a huge need to have long interviews for employees who may only be there a few months. Anyway, the general manager was the one who interviewed me, and she just asked me if I'd worked retail, how I worked with others, how I would deal with an upset customer, etc. Very typical questions. The interview was maybe 10 minutes honestly.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (New Westminster, BC) en oct. 2024
Entretien
Very straight forward questions, felt more like a chat than an interview which put my own nerves at ease. Spending 10 mins to pick out an outfit at the end is a favorite activity to do apart of the interview process

Mostly behavioral questions. Not too difficult. Simple questions about obstacles you had to overcome, times where you felt like you had failed, any projects or assignments that could possibly contribute to your work at the company
