J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Toledo, OH) en mars 2012
Entretien
It was actually a very laid back interview process. The manager did a double interview, with me and another girl. He was funny, and made me feel comfortable almost instantly so I was not nervous at all, and the questions were simple. We joked around, and did the interview which was actually pretty brief. Maybe a little over 15 minutes. I was however caught off guard when we had to go through the store, pick out an outfit and 'sell' it to one of the other managers! I was nervous for that part, but luckily they were really cool and friendly about it, so I survived it!! haha. But, anyway yeah easy interview process. Finished and got called with a job offer two days later. Started a few days later.

Question 1
Most difficult was being asked to pick out an outfit and sell and describe it to the manager. I was not expecting that. Other than that just simple interview questions.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
