Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Johnson City, TN) en avr. 2012
Entretien
I had my first interview at Old Navy today. I was really nervous after reading some reviews. It was a one on one with the hiring manager. She was very friendly and informative. It was more relaxed than my interviews at other companies, which was very calming to me. It was still very professional, though. She explained the work I would be doing and what the company is about. She asked things like, "What kind of fashion do you like?" and, "Why do you want to work for Old Navy?" I just told her how much I enjoyed the modesty of their clothes, etc. Be honest. TARGET & KOHLS are their biggest competitors! I told her how much I enjoyed customer focused work and she said that I would be a great fit. I should be hearing from them tomorrow for my second interview! :D (*she said the second interview would be more in depth questions about fashion and my experience)

Three different in person interviews over the course of 2 weeks with three different managers who were incredibly nice until I was actually hired, then they couldn't be bothered, my store had a tendency to way over hire.

All interviews are the same for Old Navy until you're applying for a higher-level management position. Standard and straight-forward questions to assess your personality and previous work experience. Not demanding at all. If they bring you back in for a second interview you probably will get the job as they're always looking for new hires and it's not too hard of a job.

Received a call asking me to come in for a group interview about a week after I applied online. Before the interview officially started, we played a game as an icebreaker. Then we split into 2 groups of 4 and the interviewer started asking us questions. We first wrote down our individual answers, then discussed our answers within our groups. One person from each group would then report the agreed-upon answer to the interviewer. They were pretty standard interview questions. After, the interviewer talked to us individually for a couple of minutes to go over our resume, ask us why we're applying, etc.
Of the 8 in my group that were interviewed, 5 were offered positions. The 5 of us were basically the ones that talked the most/showed the most communication skills. This was for seasonal positions.
