      Entretien

Went into the store to ask if they were hiring and the girl kindly told me they were and gave me a card with the website and told me to apply online. Filled out everything online and got a call a few days later asking me to come in for a group interview. Got there early on the day of the interview and had to wait at the front with the other interviewees until they were ready for us. There were quite a few of us (probably 10-15 people) and two managers interviewing us (one training/hiring and one merchandising) so we all sat in a circle in the staff room). The managers asked questions and we each got a chance to answer (no particular order, we each just put up our hand if we had an answer or just spoke if we had input, very casual). At the end we were able to ask questions if we had any and they told us they would contact us to let us know if we got the job or not. Overall it was a nice casual interview, a little bit of pressure since it wad in a group so it's kind of competitive but everyone was nice. Also, you introduce yourself at the beginning and the managers keep track of how often you speak and write notes on your answer so make sure you give a lot of input. It can be tough to give totally different answers than someone who spoke before you but try your best to make it sound unique...if possible. A day or two later, they called me and told me I got the job and I accepted. Loved working there and I would definitely recommend it!

Three different in person interviews over the course of 2 weeks with three different managers who were incredibly nice until I was actually hired, then they couldn't be bothered, my store had a tendency to way over hire.

All interviews are the same for Old Navy until you're applying for a higher-level management position. Standard and straight-forward questions to assess your personality and previous work experience. Not demanding at all. If they bring you back in for a second interview you probably will get the job as they're always looking for new hires and it's not too hard of a job.

Received a call asking me to come in for a group interview about a week after I applied online. Before the interview officially started, we played a game as an icebreaker. Then we split into 2 groups of 4 and the interviewer started asking us questions. We first wrote down our individual answers, then discussed our answers within our groups. One person from each group would then report the agreed-upon answer to the interviewer. They were pretty standard interview questions. After, the interviewer talked to us individually for a couple of minutes to go over our resume, ask us why we're applying, etc. Of the 8 in my group that were interviewed, 5 were offered positions. The 5 of us were basically the ones that talked the most/showed the most communication skills. This was for seasonal positions.
