      Entretien

It was a good, fun interview. It was me and a guy. The manager asked us to tell her about ourselves and about our other jobs and availability and that was basically it. Then we shared our item that we were passionate about, I took a journal to represent my passion for writingThen we had to tell each other about our personal styles. After that we had to pick out an outfit for each other with was pretty fun actually. I didn't know it was only a seasonal job until she told us it was. She said if our background checks cleared, we basically got the job!! So hopefully I'll be hearing back soon. She also said that if they liked us after the season ended, we would be offered a full time position and pay raise!!

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy en avr. 2016

      Entretien

I applied online in February and didn't get a call until a Friday in mid-April. The hiring manager asked if I was still interested in the job and asked a couple basic questions; "Tell me a little about yourself." "What's your availability?" "How early/late are you willing to work?" The phone call lasted about 5 minutes, it was very conversational and the lady was super sweet. She told me I would have an "audition" the following Wednesday. She never mentioned anything about it being a group interview so I'm glad I did a little research here on Glassdoor or I would've been completely taken aback. I got there 10-15 minutes early and the employee I talked to had me walk around the store for a while until the interviewer was ready for us. The interviewer ended up not being the woman I originally spoke to on the phone, as she went on vacation. She introduced herself, had us (the group consisted of me and 3 other women) sit down and she talked a little more about herself and the company. She then had us each say a few facts about ourselves and state something we were passionate about. Like the phone call, it was all very conversational and relaxed. After that, she gave us a quick tour around the store, asked if we had any questions and told us that they would be in contact with us in a few days to schedule another interview. A finally got a call this evening to set up an interview with the hiring manager tomorrow morning. Hopefully it all goes well!
