This was easily the worst interview I have ever experienced. I was interviewed by a young woman from the design team and an older man who described himself as the company's hype man. He wouldn't let me present my portfolio and wanted to see if I was a good fit for the company culture. His questions included: "Are you single?" & "How old are you?". This made me think that I was being profiled to see if I was likely to take maternity leave. I was asked several times to smile because it made me look prettier. The fact that he felt comfortable saying those things and that the female interviewer made no objection to them made it seem like this sort of sexist intimidation was common place at Oktra.
