You are going to have in total 3 interviews, two of them with someone of HR and the last one with a senior of the area you are applied on. In the middle you might need to complete two test ,if everything is going well you are going to receive an offer,it is possible that you have to wait a time before you can be assigned to a project . My experience was good in general,the whole process take 1 month .
