I had to describe the most recent program that I managed.
First is a recruiter call where it kinda gauges your experiences and fit for the role, then a Hiring Manager, followed by a Panel Interview and then an interview with the Chief Officer.

Entretien
This was a standard interview with multiple people individually. I met with the hiring manager, peers, colleagues, and the skip level. Each lasted about 30 minutes or so. These were virtual interviews via zoom.
