J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Okta (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2016
Entretien
The interview process was very relaxed, it felt like I was having a casual conversation. We spoke a lot about the company and what my role would be should I get an offer. It was very easy to be interested in the organisation as it is a great company. For me there was genuine interest and I believe this helped the interview process. After a while it did not feel like I was being interviewed, but instead having a conversation with my potential manager.
The interview process was quite simple. Initial call with a recruiter went fine. They are definitely looking for some one with a hunter like mentality. Just wasn't a good fit for what I was seeking in a new role.

Interview process seemed to be straight forward and was moving quickly. However in one of my last interviews, I was asked by a male interviewer, if I was married and then followed it up by asking if I had kids. This is completely unbelievable to me that the person interviewing me would ask and did not know that both these questions are illegal to ask. I was literally stunned when I was asked these questions and it pretty much brought the interview to a halt. Clearly from the questions, being female did not make me a candidate for the role.
