Spoke to a recruiter, then did a relatively easy written assessment, then spoke to the hiring manager, was told it was a positive experience and the manager wanted me to move forward, and then ghosted. Maybe the CEO should stop complaining about people leaving for better jobs and actually address cultural issues like this.
