2. Recruiter email to have a recruiter screen.
3. Technical screen.
4. Virtual onsite but hiring manager screen first and then 3 technical rounds ( 1 system design, 1 coding and 1 API design round).

Question 1
The hiring manager did not have a clue what to do with me as he did not know that the technical interviews are after his interview. And also it showed he did not wait until my interviews got finished at the end of the week to make a decision and decision was made even before my technical interviews got finished. It seemed like they did not know what to do with my case or situation. Overall, the organization of interviews was very unprofessional to say the least.
The lack of communication from the recruiter was appalling. I needed to follow up 3 times to get any sort of communication from them.

Entretien
First was phone call with HR then coding round. Next was 2 hours of system design and advance coding round 1 hour each. Finally, 30 mins call with Hiring manager. Interviewers were very attentive and process was smooth.
It was 3 rounds: Hiring manager, DSA and system design. Started with recruiter call then moved ahead accordingly.DSA round was medium leetcode and system design involved complete end to end cases

I haven't got into system design rounds yet after coding assessment, and I was ghosted by my recruiter.
