I applied through referral, it almost took 3 weeks for them to schedule an interview, the interview process was: - 3 face to face coding (DS & Algo) rounds (whiteboard), in between system design & technical questions were asked. Each round was 1 hr 15 mins long approx. The difficulty of the questions where LeetCode (Easy-Medium). - 1 Managerial Telephonic Round around 1 hr of a discussion about your previous experience, and basic STAR based behavioral questions, Since I had prior startup experience it was easy was for. - Finally, the CEO round which was again around an hour, discussed with the CEO on understanding the vision & expectations from the employee as well as the company. Throughout the interview process, you would be analyzed about your behavior & how compassionate or passionate about what you want to do, so this is more about a culture fit, which is constantly observed. The complete interview process took around 3 weeks and finally got the offer. It was a great experience.
