I went in and I met with the nurse manager. She was super nice. I was interviewing for the ICU cardiovascular unit. She asked me a few question. She brought in a PSA who discussed what the daily routine of a PSA was and what it was like. And also gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. Finally she showed me around the unit and if I had any questions too. She showed me to the elevators and said the HR person would be in contact with me in a few days.

I applied online. I got a call a few days later to schedule an interview. I went in for an interview with 2 managers. I got a call two days later with an offer.

Entretien
I applied online and received an email to schedule an interview within the week. I met in person with the head job recruiter and then met with the unit manager the same day. After the interviews, I participated in a unit tour and had a chance to talk with some of the current employees. I received notice that I was being offered the position a few days later.

When were you faced with a difficult situation and what were the steps you took to overcome it?
The interview was pretty good. I was asked the typical interview questions. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. It took one week to hear back from them about the position and get an offer. The nurse manager and a charge nurse interviewed me once over the phone.
