Very casual and informal, the real test was the trial by fire first day of canvassing first with a senior trainer then off on your own knocking on doors for the lat 60-90 minutes by your self.

Brief phone interview first, then short in person interview with other applicants, and lastly a field interview where you are actually out in the field canvassing with a staff member, but alone for the last hour
