Didnt even make it to interview but absolutely appalled by their interview process. It is extremely crazy to ask a candidate to do a THREE STAGE TASK, a whole task with 3 stages demanding a whole marketing strategy, email strategy, social media strategy WITH visuals right off the bat. Not only that, his was not the second stage or third stage in the application process, this is the very first stage right after you submit your application. They demand all of this to deem whether you are worthy enough of receiving an opportunity to interview. Demanding this type of free labour without a guaranteed interview is exploiting candidates desperate in the current job market, fix your application process ohh deer because this is horrendous. This is exploitation and free labour.
