I was asked to submit a social task in 3 days, and after I submitted this, I was told a second interview would be arranged. Then I got ghosted with no feedback on the task either - I can only assume I did free work for them. I asked several times after and got no response. I found this really unprofessional and upsetting.

Interviewed by the Creative Leads. One of them was informal--vaping while asking questions. The interview was overall friendly and more of getting to know you as a creative. They'd also ask about your conceptual test and the process you went through before landing the ideas. The experience heavily depends on who you'll interview with.
