J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ogilvy (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2015
Entretien
First submitted an application a few weeks later an interview was conducted via skype. Then I received an offer to go to Super Saturday at their San Francisco office. Unlike their NY associate program they only cover $250 of travel expenses and the expenses amounted to about $1000 between airfare and hotel accomodations. The Super Saturday consisted of several rounds including an interview, two group "projects" and a presentation
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Ogilvy interviews are typically engaging and insightful. Expect conversations delving into your creative thinking, strategic problem-solving, and passion for the industry. Interviewers are often warm and enthusiastic, providing a glimpse into the agency's collaborative and fast-paced culture.
Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
