I got a call first from the HR person at the time. She asked me a couple general questions about skills I had from my current job (Capstrat) and after that asked when it would be possible to schedule video conference. I was working in Raleigh, NC at the time, so this was fairly convenient. I had the call with my potential boss, and the interview was very casual. I wasn't getting drilled on any specific things, it was more about personality and just communication. All good things for a company that specializes in that exact thing. They flew me out the following week to meet the team which was awesome. Again, questions about things I like to do as well as what kind of design I enjoy doing. Pretty standard and pretty easy overall.
