Entretien
You initially answer two prompts and send in your resume, a cover letter and two letters of recommendation. You then are contacted for a Skype interview. You are given a two hour window in which they will call you. During the call, you are grilled with questions in a non-conversational manner and then allotted time to ask two questions. After this, you may receive an offer to continue in the interview process. I was very turned off by the format of the interview and the feeling that my time was not important.

What is a current digital campaign you've seen and purchased something from?
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Entretien

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
