Interviewed with 5 different people from the time at separate times, so it's not technically a panel or group interview. If accepted, you will be sent a writing exam and they rate you on your creativity and encourage you to have fun with it. My writing exam was to write a press release on a new invention and it was definitely easy to finish. I was offered a position the next day after completing the exam- they seemed very on top of things.
There wasn't too much to see about the work culture since you are in a conference room that's in the front of the office, but when you hear people laughing in the background, it's generally a good sign that everyone gets along. You can tell by what the employees are wearing that the environment - like any other PR agency - is very relaxed. The decor is also very cute and vibrant as red is Ogilvy's color. Please note: do not let the office attire stop you from wearing interview-appropriate attire.
There was no lag time; they were great at moving the interview process along at the before, during and after the interview.

Question 1
Why do you think you're qualified for the position?
Just one interview with member of team after submitting my resume; behavioral questions and sharing interest in company/different clients; need to have a good grasp on your experiences and also the brands they work with and connect them

Great, they did ask me a few critical thinking questions. I had to pause and think for a while. Location of office is at cbd which is convenient, office has pantry and everyone seems rly friendly

A typical first-round interview where they ask you questions about how you can fit into the role. One of my biggest struggles was the time 30-minute limit and the interviewer taking most of the time.
