I applied online on Saturday. They got back to me on Monday via email telling me that I made it to a group interview which was on Wednesday. I went to the group interview and there were about 20 others in the room, 2 regional managers, 1 HR manager and a store manager on top of that. They got us to first introduce ourselves to each other and say who our favourite superhero is. Next, we were handed images of customers in different scenarios and we were asked to describe what we would do as workers if we saw this happening. After that, we were given a product as a group of 2-3, and we were asked to sell it to the managers. Finally, the managers told us that they were going to have a break and discuss things with the other managers. 5-10 minutes later they all came back and called out a list of names and whoever was called out, was to stay back. If your name was not called out, you could leave. Whoever was asked to stay back got a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.
