Very simple straightforward. You show up, they ask you a couple questions about how much weight you’re comfortable carrying, then you get a uniform and start on day one. They also go over the pay, which starts at minimum wage.

It was a very relaxed interview with dispatch. Brief overview of your experiences and expectations for the role. Only had one interview and was able to secure a position. Positive experience.
