Entretien
HackerRank online test (not terribly difficult), phone interview (culture screening), self-paced project, in-person interview. It sometimes took a little longer than I would have liked between contact events, but I wouldn't say they were slow to get to me. They were open and transparent through the entire process. I could tell right away that the company culture was based around hiring good people who would fit in with an atmosphere of communication and friendliness. Worth noting that I did have an internal contact who recommended me for the position, but the entire team was helpful, encouraging, and welcoming. I had minimal contact with my internal contact through the hiring process.

You have nine marbles. Eight weigh exactly the same, one weighs slightly heavier. You have access to a balance/scale that can compare two weights to see if one side is heavier. In just two weighings you must identify exactly which marble is heavier with 100% certainty.
Started off with a 30 minute phone screening, asking simple interview questions like where you found the job and why you qualify for the job. Then move onto 1 hour technical interview where you do pair programming project

Entretien
I was introduced to Offerpad by a recruiter. After putting in my resume, it was radio silence for about 3 weeks. I then was sent a link to a HackerRank test with 3 basic programming and logic questions. A couple days after completing the test, my recruiter informed me they wanted me to come in for an in person interview. The interview was conducted by the CSA and the manager of the team that the position was for. It consisted of a whiteboarding a couple of basic problems, focusing on how I solved a problem and what other possible solutions could exist. They ended it with a brain teaser question which had no bearing on the outcome of the interview. A few days following the interview, I received an offer.
