The first interview was a Google Meet call, and the interviewer showed up late. I walked through my experience, and the AI notetaker transcribed the call. The interviewer admitted she wouldn’t be able to answer all of my questions, so I saved some for the next round. The next day, I received an email asking me to detail a project on Loom, which was frustrating since I had just completed an interview the day before. I submitted the Loom the next morning, and was rejected the following day. Overall, it felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time.
