4 step interview process.
First is just a regular chat with the recruiting member.
Second is behavioral (may skip this part).
Third is a whiteboard session with to assess technical communication.
Fourth is technical interview broken down into algorithms, DBMS, JS and general ORM questions.
You get to make a test on coderbyte. The test is described as « easy », but the exercice itself is hard, the topic is not aligned with what i studied at school.
