I was contacted by the HR via phone call, and was invited for a face to face interview at the office. I was told to bring along my design portfolio, original certificates and transcripts of my academic qualifications, and any related testimonials. Interview was smooth and the interviewer was friendly. I met with the team and the team was small but seem kind and pleasant.
