The interview process was robust. I met with several members of the team and was asked to complete a project at the end. Overall the interview process was productive and timely. I felt like I was able to learn a lot about Odeko and the team throughout.

It was a very long process, 2-3 months and many individual phone/video calls including a 20-minute long presentation to a group of executives. Some of the interviews were more difficult than others.
