I applied on LinkedIn and someone from the METHODIQ team reached out to me. We had an initial conversation and then they moved me forward to speak to a Senior Manager on the team. That conversation was casual and went well. I followed up after that meeting letting the manager know I enjoyed speaking with her and was interested in the opportunity. After ~1 week I had received no response on the status of the interview. I followed up and still received no response. It was both frustrating and disappointing to have invested time and energy into an interview process and be ghosted.

Entretien
I do not recommend this company based on my interview experience. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional from the outset. The interviewer arrived 15 minutes late, which disrupted the flow of the conversation and left a poor first impression. Throughout the interview, the questions seemed somewhat random rather than thoughtfully structured, giving the impression that the interviewer was unprepared. Overall, the lack of organization and professionalism reflected poorly on the company and the interview process as a whole.
